You will get a confirmation email for your order. In the download column, there will be the title of the item you purchased. This is a hyperlink that will take you to where you will login to see your purchases and download your digital purchase.

When completing your original purchased, you were asked to create an account. This is the information you will place here to login to the website to download your digital purchase. Don’t remember your username (email) and password? That’s OK! Click the “Lost Password” link and use your email address your used to complete your purchase (this is also the email you received your confirmation of purchase at) and you will receive a reset password link to login.

Once logged in, you will be taken to your Account Dashboard. Here you will see all your account details. You can update your password, your email, see all your past orders, and most importantly, click that “downloads” button and see your digital orders where you can download your order straight to your device.

Once you click the “downloads” button, you will see all your downloadable purchases. Here, you will see the “How to Talk to People” ebook is ready to be downloaded. Once this button is clicked, it will be downloaded to your device’s downloads folder.
