Our trainings help your team build strong communication and public speaking skills and equip your team with dialogue and civil discourse training. So hard conversations can be had with integrity to ensure a safe and equitable workplace. 

$50 per person / per session.
Example: 2 sessions with 3 people each: 3 people x $50 = 150 x 2 sessions = $300.

Public Speaking Sessions

Public Speaking 101

A public speaking bootcamp for those new to public speaking. You’ll learn how to manage nerves, remember your thoughts, speak with clarity, utilize body language and how to speak articulately through oratory skills. This course is great for those recently or potentially hired into leadership roles or positions that require high capacity presentation and communication skills as well as those in sales, hospitality and customer service.

Writing an Effective Outline

A guide for writing a one page (yes one page) outline for anything. We’ll help you build a strong outline that’s easy to memorize and internalize so you can keep your eyes off the page and on your audience. This session is great for leaders, presenters and those in sales and speaking positions. 

Speaking with Confidence and Clarity

A level up from our Public Speaking 101 session, we build on the foundations of communications. In this session you’ll learn how to speak with confidence and authority, get rid of nerves and captivate a room while making your point with clarity. Great for those who tend to ramble or lose their train of thought when speaking, leading meetings, etc.

Civil Discourse Sessions

Conflict Resolution

Learn how to navigate conflict with ease. In this session you’ll learn how to locate the problem, mediate multiple perspectives and state your point without losing your cool. This session is great for those in director, supervisor or interdepartmental positions, or anyone that manages multiple people. This session is also great for teachers, guidance counselors, social workers or those responsible for mediation among varying demographics. As well as those in sales, hospitality and customer service. 

Intergenerational Communication

A session designed to build respect and communication across all ages. This session will teach your team how to communicate among various age demographics and see the value every age brings to an environment. We’ll also cover conflict resolution between age demographics. This session is great for those working with varying age groups or those supervising a diverse age group. 

The Art of Arguing

Arguing is not bad. It’s part of the human experience. But there is a way to argue with integrity and respect. This session teaches you how to do just that. We’ll cover how to state your point clearly without losing your cool, how to disagree without letting your emotions rattle you and how to respectfully push back against things you are uncomfortable with. We’ll also cover how to hold multiple perspectives and how to understand someone without endorsing their ideas. This session is great for anyone! This is our most popular session.
